I am sure you all have read the recent articles about how to make your gut healthy by eating the right foods, take the right supplements and probiotics to turn your gut biome into a healthy place. Well this class gives you the tools you need to have a healthy biome from the brain down. We always talk about how to make changes to our life; well in the two hour period, each week, we will explore how to be healthy through prayer, study of Torah and application of the wonderful teachings of Judaism into our daily lives,
Class will be based on the Torah portion of the week, and it will include all the above ingredients that will make your life richer, more abundant and filled with inner peace.
